Shave the chosen areas with a razor a day or two before your visit. Do not tan for at least 3 weeks before the treatment and avoid sunbeds, self-tanners and bronzing lotions.
For most clients it is not painful, though it can be felt. The device has a cooling system that I adjust to your needs, so discomfort is minimal.
