What is needle mesotherapy?

Needle mesotherapy is a modern aesthetic treatment that precisely delivers active substances directly into the deeper layers of the skin with fine needles. It is widely used to improve the condition of the skin, reduce wrinkles, hydrate and stimulate hair growth. Mesotherapy can be performed on various parts of the body, including the face, neck, décolleté, scalp and hands.

What are the advantages of needle mesotherapy?

  • Intense hydration — the active substances delivered, such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins and amino acids, deeply hydrate the skin.
  • Improved elasticity and firmness — mesotherapy stimulates collagen and elastin production, which smooths the skin and makes it more elastic.
  • Reduced signs of ageing — the treatment can help reduce fine lines and improve overall skin texture.
  • Better microcirculation — mesotherapy supports better nourishment of skin cells.
  • Stronger hair follicles — used on the scalp, it can stop hair loss and stimulate new growth.

How does the treatment go?

  • Consultation — before the treatment the specialist takes a medical history to determine the patient’s needs and rule out contraindications.
  • Skin preparation — the skin is thoroughly cleansed and a numbing cream is applied to minimise discomfort.
  • Injections — selected active substances are introduced with a fine needle. The whole process usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Aftercare — after the treatment there may be slight redness or swelling, which usually subsides within a few days. Soothing creams and avoiding sun exposure are recommended.

What substances are used in needle mesotherapy?

  • Hyaluronic acid — intensely hydrates and improves skin structure.
  • Vitamins (A, C, E) — support regeneration and brighten the skin.
  • Peptides — stimulate collagen production.
  • Organic silica — strengthens the tissue and prevents skin ageing.
  • Biotin — particularly effective in hair-loss therapy.

For optimal results a series of 4 to 6 treatments is recommended, 2–4 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments can then be done every few months.
